正式開工的時刻到來!!!工廠主要都僱用亞洲女孩，尤其台灣女孩優先(聽說是因為老闆的女婿是台灣人，雖說在國外，但我想到哪都一樣，閒話家常總是會有的)一樣是周休二日，但工廠是24小時營運，三個班次，早班 6:30-2.30、下午班2.30-10.30跟大夜班10.30-6.30，所以女孩們會被分成三批人馬，每周輪流換班跟其他的澳洲阿姨一起上班，但也是有意外被排到下午班隔天一早馬上上早班的倒霉事(就是我!)，這份工作看來其實是個爽缺，但我覺得並不是這麼簡單啊~雖然工作的時候有椅子坐、有冷氣吹、還是在一個乾淨的環境，但是光睡眠時間就是一件很辛苦的事，當你習慣這周的睡眠時間後下周的時間又更換了又必須再適應一次，根本無法睡~~~工作時都是固定一個姿勢，大量的夏威夷果從機器中流下來到卷軸上再從中挑出不好的果子，機器不會停所以果子不斷留下來，帶著耳塞無法說話還必須目不轉睛盯著果子眼明手快，常常一個不小心就要睡著了或是兩眼發直，非常痛苦啊!!!長期下來還會腰痠背痛呢~加上夏威夷豆的油很多，下班後全身還都是油味，噁~~~

每個班都會有一個負責的主管，由於大夜班的時間較特殊而且下班前還要學習打掃工廠清潔機器，所以就有幾個女孩可以固定留在大夜班，對於輪班無法睡眠的我就決定待在大夜班，說來其實在大夜班也比較輕鬆，畢竟主管階級的人不會出現在大夜這種時間，加上大約1個小時打掃時間，至少不用一直呆坐在椅子上腰痠背痛的。

所以我們也就這樣算是平穩的做了一季的夏威夷豆工廠女工~

It's working time! In Maccadamia factory they usually hire Asian backpacker,specially Taiwanese! working times is 24 hr 3 shifts(day shift 6:30-2.30、later shift 2.30-10.30 and graveyard shift 10.30-6.30),off at the weekend,every week change shifts and work with Australian.
Its sounds like a great job,we have chair can sit and air conditioner and clean place,but for sleep its a big problem for me,when I get use to sleep time,and next week got to change shift again~so after me and other girls we volunteer to stay in graveyard shifts.
There are big machine,nuts will come out from there and going to conveyor belt,then we have to take off the bad nuts,conveyor belt non stop so we have to try to take it all,and it's not easy to see all the bad nuts,will keep on same pose at work after your arms、shoulder will be sooooooo soreness,also your eyes need to focus on it.
Every shifts have an supervisor,just in graveyard shift before off work need to clean machine,thats why they prefer keep few girls stay,then dont need to teach how to do all the time,but unless you can get out off that chair for 1 hr,for me is better,too tired just sit there make me fall asleep,lol.
So we work there for the first job and all season on it.
